Take the long Island Expressway to Exit 56-Route 111 (Smithtown).
Head north on Route 111 for approximately 7 miles.
When you reach Main Street (Route 25) continue straight.
Route 111 will become North Country Road.
Continue on North Country Road for approximately 1 mile.
Smithtown Center will be on your left.
